lala: Australia is on my list of "Places to See Before The Little Angels Take Me Away"; I still find it amazing that's a different season in the other hemisphere at this very moment. :)

It's fall where I am. There's been a cold snap - it's only 25 degrees Celcius here(77 Farenheit for my American friends) and people are pulling out their woolies. Seriously fleece and scarves. A few degrees cooler and they'll be pulling out their mittens!

wendy: Welcome!!! :) Cleveland Spring grey is probably very similar to Chicago Spring grey.

Howard: You learn something everyday. I thought Denver was called the Mile High City because it’s in the mountains. Hmmm ... maybe it got that moniker for more scandalous reasons?? Sounds like fun. :)

Denver can be beautiful just like any place, but remember it is a desert climate and we aren't actually IN the mountains, but then the mountains are only a 20 minute drive, too.

Today, it rained, it snowed, it blew, it broke up, it sunned and it warmed up. Pretty typical. :)

Mint Chutney: 50s isn't that bad for this time of year. At least you guys didn't get snow. By the time I go back to Chicago for a visit (late June / early July), it should be scorching hot. I can't wait!! :)

Raymond: Rain is better than snow. :) And, according to Erik, snow is better than sun ...

Nics: Sorry you got caught in the rain! :(

Anita: WELCOME TO THE BLOG!!!! :) And, 82 degrees you say? I would kill for that kind of weather right now ...

There's a high today of 82 in downtown A-T-L. Mr. Bandito in NW Jawja must stay up in the mountains! We get spring for about a week then it goes straight to summer. It ain't called HotLanta for nothing! I predict a sweltering summer this year (hey, I can't do worse than the weathermen). =)

In Belfast today it was bright but a bit cold and windy. I wrapped up warmly when I went out to get milk and pasta. However by the time I was walking home the sky was grey and the heavens opened. Currently drying my jeans and trainers on the radiator!

And Chicago misses you...

it's rainy and dreary out. If we're lucky it'll get into the mid-50's.
