A Day of Remembrance

As my friend the journalist reminds me, today “marks the anniversary of the end of a dark chapter in American history.” Folks, please remember to observe a moment of silence to commemorate the 73rd anniversary of the end of prohibition. YAY!! It’s good to drink. So, go celebrate in honor of today!

Nice cause to think about, but.. do we really need an excuse for drinking? I don’t think so.. though I raise my cup 2 all of you

Moment of silence? When drinking is involved? Impossible.

I think I’ll really miss alcohol if it were to be banned. Bloody hell, I’m really NOT an alcoholic am I?!

Tartrazina: Me too! :)

Firefly: Slante! :)

History Chic: Virtual toast right back at ya! :)

Nat: CHEERS!!! :)

Howard: Silly, boy. You can’t drink & talk at the same time. :)

Darwin: I’ve been told (by a friend who is an alcoholic) that you don’t have an addiction as long as you question whether or not you do. Non-alcoholics: “Does this make me an alcoholic????” Alcoholics: “I’m not an alcoholic!!!”

beautyinbaltimore: It’s good to be happy! :)
