I truly believe that affordable housing will be our generation's numero uno bogeyman. It wasn't too long ago--maybe a generation?--that a house was within reach of everyone who worked hard and saved carefully. But now I think that dream is quickly falling out of reach for many of us, hard work and careful savings or not. And that's a tragedy.
