What’s Your Halloween Costume?
October 31st, 2007 ·

Happy Halloween!! I guess the cat’s out of the bag. Literally. I decided to be a cat, again, for Halloween this year. THANK YOU to everyone who gave me all of the great Halloween ideas. I’ll definitely consider them again for the next costume party that I attend. In case you were curious, no, the guy in the photo isn’t my date. He’s just a random guy from a random Halloween party that I attended last weekend. Judging from the party, this two most popular costumes for this year seemed to be …. drum roll, please … “Dick in a Box” for guys and Marie Antoinette (à la Girls Next Door) seemed to be the costume for women. So, tell me, did you / are you going to dress up this year? If so, what’s your costume?

Hi, I'm

Nice costume:) BTW there’s a Halloween Edition of movie quotes trivia on my blog as per usual. Thought I’d give you a heads up!
My wife and I were:
A giant Ding Dong and a big Ho Ho.
I also went as a cat! I wore short black shorts, fishnet stockings, bow tie, long gloves, whiskers and cat ears, sexy cats have the best fun!
@ Darwin: DAMN IT!!! :( I missed the Halloween movie quotes!
@ Baba Doodlius: LOVE IT!
@ Ella: Post pictures!!!
Amy Winehouse…big swoops of eyeshadow/liner, ratted up beehive, sharpie tattoos and those satin ballet slippers! (btw, I was a cat almost every year as a girl, I had the cutest little collar with a pink crystal heart in the middle…hmm, where is that!?)
I went as “Lameoid who didn’t dress up for Halloween”. It was the perfect costume and stumped everyone. They thought I didn’t dress up, but I WAS dressed up. Just as someone who didn’t dress up. Clever, huh?
I hope this works…
You look amazing! Me, I didn’t go out for halloween this year - at least not dressed up… it was date night for JC and I… and it was a very good night…
womens costumes are always ala girl next door! LOL.
cute costume….I hardly ever dress up. maybe someday I will.
@ løvechocolate: Sharpie tattoos? That’s great! Did you carry around a bottle of alcohol, too? ;)
@ Phoena: Yes. VERY clever. :) It’s kind of like those days in college when I would dress up as a college student.
@ Rachel: Aren’t they?!?! Last year, I was costume shopping with a friend who said something like: have you ever noticed that all Halloween costumes are like … What would happen if you took a hooker and dressed her up as a nurse? Okay, now, what would a hooker look like if she was a maid? Etc., Etc. A lot of the women’s Halloween costume offerings are like “Hookers in Masquerade”. :)
There’s a (bad) photo up on my blog now!
Just checked it out. Hot stuff. Sexy cats are all the rage this year. ;)
