The deal was for an interview for a current affairs show rather than a pilot but I'm still pretty stoked at the prospect. And it's still a prospect because they changed the plans for the project AGAIN and moved it back to New York for sometime in the future. So on the plus side, if they ever set a date I might get to say high to you when I visit NY! But as some added info for your post, I have made money doing videos for a pay TV channel - the 101 on DirecTV. I'm a semi-regular on a show called The Fizz. You overstated my achievement a little. That's why you were able to 'turn pro' - people like reading the stuff you write. I don't even *bother* to have ads on my blog, because nobody wants to read it. If I had to rely on money from my writing to pay for my ISP charges, I'd be blogging from the local library. How many subscribers are you up to now?
