May The Best Man Win
Sexy people vote, ugly people don’t. Don’t be ugly today. :) I’m going to the booths early in the morning to avoid the lines. Some FBC readers are Democrats, some are Republicans. Others are independents, international folks who can’t vote in the US election or people who fall into different categories. I’m not gonna use this blog to try to sway your vote one way or another. Why? Because that’s not what you come here for; you’re here to read about my life.
I live in New York City and, as most of you know, I’m originally from Illinois. Of course I’m voting for my fellow Midwesterner Barack Obama; I volunteered on his state senator campaign long before almost anyone outside my homestate knew who he was. I hope you’ll vote for him, too; I’ll still love you as an FBC reader even if you don’t.
I’ll be watching the votes come in at an election party with a bunch expats from Europe. (Although I’m originally from IL and now live in NY, I lived in the UK and Europe over a period of four years. Long story.) I’ll post election day picks on my Flickr later this week.

I second that, FBC! Also to you and your readers, don’t forget about the down-ballot races. Your local, county, and state races also impact your quality of life, so make informed decisions for those contests as well…

CBC Newsworld is all US election all day today. Presidential elections are always important but this one is just incredibly interesting as well.
Enjoy the party. And may Obama win. .

ya’ll vote like your future depends on it ….. because it does….. when Bill left the White House…… he left us a 200 Billion surplus….. and it didnt take long for the next guy to spend us into the Stone Age and after 8 years with him… we wont see
daylight for a long time……. but riddle me this…… just how McCain will help ….
when he and his old band, The Keating Five…. helped themselves to the Lincoln Saving and Loan coffers during the ’80’s…. Keating did the perp walk and his time
for his crew ….. and McCain was up front with his pockets full and his remorse
was empty ….
lamesabassman…… do we need a re-mix….. or a Hero….. do the Math,please..

They don’t let birds vote. If they did we wouldn’t be in the mess we’re in.
