I figured I’d plug the Museum of Sex since I posted their poster in my previous blog post ( … and most of us disagreed with it). If you’d like to visit MoSex, go to 233 Fifth Avenue @ 27th Street. They’re usually open 11 – 6:30, Sun. through Fri., and 11 – 8 on Sat. with extended hours from 11 – 9 on Valentine’s Day and the day prior. I haven’t seen either of current exhibitions — The Sex Lives of Animals and ACTION: Sex and the Moving Image — but I saw Sex Lives of Robots and Kink. If you don’t live in NYC, you can view their online exhibitions: Mapping Sex in America and U.S. Patent Office Sex Inventions. this post and its mentioning of animal sex made me think of the article from today’s ny time magazine. the researchers in the article found that women, regardless of orientation, were aroused by all kinds of different sex, including animal sex. this wasn’t true of men.

I visited when I was in NYC a couple of years ago. I enjoyed it but I did prefer the MOS in Paris when I was there.
yes….. there was this lady of English royal background who enjoyed the company
of horses….. had stalls set up to do this…..
but … one day …. as she was coming…. the rig used to suspend the horse over
her broke ….. and that was the last thing she came for…..
