Mary Roach is my new hero and role model. Thanks for posting this. It’s smart, informative, and funny. I love it!
I’d heard three of those facts (upsuck theory, animal fun, and the difficulties of studying orgasm) so there was still a lot to learn. It was a funny talk.
Ok, now that was an entertaining start to my morning. She is fabulous, talk about a job you love!
However, the pig stimulation was just too much. How brave of that man to be recorded doing it. Everything you ever wanted to know about arousing a pig…

I am refreshed by such a learned, interesting woman. Lately, I have been appalled by the dumbing down of America. It sickens me, frankly. Thanks for bringing to my attention that there are still people out there who do their research, express themselves in complete sentences, can deliver a speech properly, and more.
Perhaps I’m just watching more tv than I have in a year or so.

Baba Doodlius: I saw Idiocracy on TV a month or so ago. Hadn’t ever heard of it, and wasn’t sure what it was. Watched the whole thing through and LOVED it!!!! :) Seriously, it was an instant favorite!
