Last night, I made Skinny Shrimp Scampi with Zucchini Noodles. It was an easy recipe, and I recommend the following adaptations (which were yummy!): Add avocado, tomatoes, extra garlic and red onions. Use 1/2, rather than a full, pound of shrimp.
