Lee Wing Foon (李荣丰), an associate professor at Nanyang Technological University in China, will be sentenced on April 7, 2008 for theft and fraudulent possession of bra, panties and apparel. He was initially charged with panty-bandit related crimes last December after stealing university students’ panties in order to satiate his panty fetish.——————-
